Very nice tract of land, with a good road system for easy access to the entire tract. Older logging roads run off the new cut road that takes you across the entire property. Rolling hills with ridgelines, a lot of deer movement on the ridge lines. Clear cut has plenty of browse and bedding areas. Plenty of cut off roads to catch them traveling. Opens up to Hardwood ridge lines the deer are traveling. Lots of signs present. Clear cut is full of rabbits. Several areas for food plots and road system to shoot as far as you want. I really like this tract, diversity of habitat. Land has been hunted but lightly, mostly for rabbits. Property lines are marked well.

Older mature pines and hardwoods (mast producing).
